You'll be surprised how easy itis tomake our own cheese and butter with Mark. You'll bemaking paneer, freshmozzarella, cultural butter, and mascarpone. Everyone will have a chance to cut the curd and stretch the mozzarella. There will be samples ofthe finished products to taste and take home. Students also willtake along recipes, a yard of cheesecloth and a small vial of citric acid so you will be ready to make cheese at home.
